Is the first conversation paid?
The introductory 20-minute systems review is free. Systems Discovery & Assessment is a separate paid engagement, quoted and agreed before work starts.
Do we need a software specification?
No. Describe the system you need, who will use it and the outcome it should support. You can start with a new idea or an existing operation.
Does every assessment lead to a custom build?
No. The recommendation may be to use an existing platform, connect current tools, change the process or defer the project.
How much does an assessment or build cost?
We quote against the workflow, systems, access and deliverables. The written proposal defines the fee, scope and timing; implementation and ongoing support are scoped separately.
How do ownership and support work?
Assessment deliverables are yours to use. Code ownership, pre-existing components, hosting, handover, support and any recurring charges are defined in the relevant implementation agreement.
What happens after I request a review?
